Save the date, 9th August, for the 2025 Barossa Lantern Walk, a favourite family event in the middle of winter. Get your lanterns ready and join us for a walk around Nuriootpa footie oval while singing traditional German lantern songs.

WHERE: Nuriootpa Footie Oval / Rovers Football Clubrooms, 13 Penrice Road, Nuriootpa SA 5355

• Lantern making workshop ($5 per lantern) from 4pm or bring your own lantern
• Sing the German songs “Laterne, Laterne” and “Ich geh mit meiner Laterne” as we walk around the oval
• We will offer authentic German style food, run a crafty lantern making workshop for kids and practice singing at the Nuri Tigers clubhouse from 4pm.
• Please let us know you’re coming so we can plan ahead
